Introducing Katsuragi Transportation Co., Ltd. Warehouse and Office New Construction, an example of Architect / Design office facility architecture in 2-4-34 Minamimorimachi, Kita-ku, Osaka, Osaka Prefecture by ARCHIXXX Satoru Mano Architectural Design Studio.

The project site is located in the central part of the Nara Basin, where the entire area consists of flat terrain. The Yamato River flows north through the eastern part of the town, the Tera River through the central area, and the Asuka and Soga rivers through the west. A new office and warehouse were built to embody the owner’s vision as a hub for promoting creative logistics. The facilities include a lounge serving as a community square for 100 staff members, a free-address work environment, and office spaces with an exposed structural frame that incorporate the surrounding landscape.
