Introducing Hayashi Electrical Industry Co., Ltd., an example of Architect / Design office facility architecture in 2-4-34 Minamimorimachi, Kita-ku, Osaka, Osaka Prefecture by ARCHIXXX Satoru Mano Architectural Design Studio.

This project involved rebuilding the office of an electrical construction company in Osaka City. In planning the new office to address the aging and cramped existing premises, the green view index was used as a guideline for creating a comfortable environment, ensuring that plants occupy 10 to 12 percent of most fields of view.

The split-level second floor gently separates the workspace from the meeting corner. The timber interior and indoor greenery absorb rather than reflect the natural light from the large windows, creating a space where time flows softly. Structural system and scale: Two-story timber structure
