This residence is designed for a couple living together with their motorcycles and beloved cats.
Naturally, the integration of motorcycles within the living space is a paramount consideration for the client. A distinctive feature of the site is its direct western exposure to the railway tracks.
Balancing privacy and sound insulation for the living areas with the envisioned spatial concept for a future café operation presented a key challenge, as these elements inherently conflict. The design focused on how to successfully reconcile these opposing requirements.
