A bright and spacious house that balances privacy with a sense of openness by taking advantage of the green views of the golf course to the north of the site. The first floor contains a motorcycle garage, a generous master bedroom, wet areas, and ample storage space. The second floor comprises an LDK, a pantry, and a Japanese-style room connected to the LDK that can be used for multiple purposes, such as a reading room or guest room, as well as a future children's room and a deck. This house can be considered one example demonstrating that, even on an irregularly shaped site with limited space to the south, careful design can create a home that is sufficiently bright and open.
