This single-story residence with an attached garage makes full use of the site area in a suburban, nature-rich residential district. Located in a zone where standalone garage construction is permitted, the garage is arranged as a separate structure, allowing views of the garage from the living room and study through the garden. Additionally, by configuring the building in an L-shape, a courtyard is created to ensure privacy. The exterior design features a simple, single-pitched roof with a light and dynamic form, thoughtfully considering its relationship with the beautifully designed sports car.
