The site is a corner lot in a suburban residential area, with a park resembling a grove of mixed trees extending to the east. To protect privacy from the street while incorporating the abundant greenery into daily life, the plan places the living core on the second floor. Continuous openings connect the kitchen, dining, and living areas to take advantage of the borrowed scenery, and the ceiling height varies progressively through the space to create a sense of expansiveness. The living room is elevated by one step and features a built-in sofa, serving as a gathering space for the family. A study corner with a pleasant view is positioned within a corner of the LDK. The interior is unified by a calm color palette, resulting in a quiet and serene atmosphere. The exterior employs a single-pitched roof and horizontally elongated windows, with a material change on the facade between upper and lower sections, achieving a simple yet modern impression.
