This wooden residence is situated within a high-density commercial zoning area. While carefully considering privacy, the design ingeniously ensures ample ventilation and natural lighting. Attention was devoted to unseen details, aiming to realize a cost-effective home with superior fundamental performance.

The walls of the atrium space are completely enveloped by tens of thousands of volumes from the extensive personal library. Site area: 118.22 m² (35.76 tsubo)
