This project is designed for a couple who cherish their cars, securing parking for four vehicles on an approximately 30-tsubo site. The clients’ requirements were clear from the outset, but considerable time was devoted to balancing the site conditions with the building’s structural system. The garage, accommodating three cars indoors without columns and one outdoors, occupies most of the first floor, naturally situating the living spaces on the second floor. A substantial screening element is deliberately employed to obscure this spatial arrangement, ensuring it remains imperceptible.
