Introducing House on a Sloped Site with a Bridge, a custom-built home example by 12mm Architects, a Architect / Design office in 1-1564 Shikenya, Moriyama-ku, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture

This project involves the reconstruction of a two-generational residence in Nakatsugawa City, Gifu Prefecture. The site offers exceptionally panoramic views; however, it features significant elevation differences both within the property and relative to adjacent land. The existing rubble stone retaining wall was aged, making the management of these height differentials a central challenge in the redevelopment plan. Location: Nakatsugawa City, Gifu Prefecture
