The site is a southeast corner lot within a residential development, offering excellent sunlight exposure and very favorable conditions for building a residence. Due to its corner location, privacy from the street was carefully considered. The orientation of the site is slightly rotated, so a triangular floor plan facing south was designed, topped with a deep-eaved single-pitched roof.
