The site is a southeast corner lot within a residential development, offering excellent sunlight exposure and very favorable conditions for building a residence. Due to its corner location, privacy from the street was carefully considered. The orientation of the site is slightly rotated, so a triangular floor plan facing south was designed, topped with a deep-eaved single-pitched roof. The layout prioritizes living on the first floor, arranging the living-dining-kitchen (LDK), bedroom, wet areas, family cloakroom, and storage with efficient household circulation in mind. The second floor accommodates children's rooms and a study. The slightly sunken living room offers garden views through low-set windows, and at the rear of the living area, there is a private cozy nook. The carpeted flooring adds warmth and comfort typical of a home. The exterior walls are finished with Shirasu plaster, and the building's insulation and airtightness performance reflect a commitment to environmental and energy considerations, resulting in a thoughtfully crafted residence tailored to the homeowner's preferences.
