This house is nearly the minimum size possible for a Long-Life Quality Housing project, whose floor area is subject to limitations. It is located in a somewhat densely built-up residential neighborhood where old and new houses are intermingled. To the south and toward the southeast, there are open views, along with a few trees that can be borrowed as scenery.
Because the first floor is enclosed and receives little sunlight, the bedrooms and wet areas are located there. The second floor, where a more open layout is possible, contains the living, dining, and kitchen area, as well as a spare room that can also serve as a guest room. For the time being, the spacious private room on the first floor will be used as the family bedroom; according to the number and growth of the children, it can later be divided into two children's rooms. If both rooms are used as children's rooms, the spare room on the second floor will be used as the master bedroom.
Although this is a small house, we proposed a home that can respond flexibly to the young client's future family composition.
