This is a modest 73-square-meter residence perched atop a hill overlooking the coastline of Futtsu. The layout is designed as an almost open-plan, studio-like space with minimal partitions, achieving a compact yet spacious ambiance. From the living, dining, and kitchen area, one can enjoy sweeping views of Tokyo Bay, while the bathroom offers a sightline to Mount Fuji. The kitchen features an earthen floor design and is integrated with the entrance area, allowing seamless flow between these spaces. Additionally, large sliding glass doors provide direct access to the garden, enhancing indoor-outdoor connectivity.
