The design incorporates resin window frames and employs a first-class mechanical ventilation system utilizing the underfloor space. Achieving an insulation grade of 5, it meets the ZEH (Net Zero Energy House) standard, ensuring a comfortable living environment.
The exterior walls of the residential section are clad in Galvalume steel panels, while the coffee stand facade features Shou Sugi Ban (charred cedar) siding, creating a harmonious relationship with the surrounding urban fabric.
