House in Miyakojima｜Abax Architects

The first floor is designated for commercial tenants, while the second floor accommodates the residential space. A spacious living room seamlessly connects to a large terrace that functions as an outdoor living area. At the suggestion of the design-enthusiast client, we incorporated interesting materials to create a voluminous and dynamic space. This residence has become a lively home where many friends gather and enjoy.
