Renovation of a tower condominium located in a suburban area. In response to the client’s lifestyle, original furniture was carefully crafted piece by piece to create the space. Storage capacity has also been significantly increased from the existing plan, making the home more convenient for everyday living.

In addition, motorized honeycomb shades have been installed to make the most of the views, the greatest appeal of a tower condominium. During the daytime, the highly insulating honeycomb shades help regulate the indoor environment when solar radiation is strongest. At night, they can be recessed into the ceiling, creating an exceptional night view unobstructed by any visual barriers.

In this special location 100 meters above ground, a hotel-like home has been completed.
