Introducing House in Obama, a custom-built home example by ARCHIXXX Satoru Mano Architectural Design Studio, a Architect / Design office in 2-4-34 Minamimorimachi, Kita-ku, Osaka, Osaka Prefecture

A residence in Obama City, Fukui Prefecture, for a family that runs a steel fabrication plant. The layout and materials were selected with careful consideration given to the relationship with the adjacent factory. Inside, circulation was planned around a handmade Japanese-style room composed of steel frames on the ground floor. Steel furniture and staircases crafted by the family add richness and character throughout, making this a delightful home. Structure and scale: Two-story timber construction
