Park Street House｜KICHI ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

This residence, located in the city center immediately adjacent to a park, produces a distinctive spatial character through a triangular floor plan configuration. Responding to the site conditions, the plan gently screens external views while ensuring an open, airy interior.

A portion of the dwelling is designated as a rental space, establishing a configuration that combines the private qualities of a residence with public functions that are open to the outside.

Although compact in scale, the interior organizes required functions efficiently, and a streamlined circulation strategy links the spaces smoothly.

This is a home that thoughtfully engages the external environment within an urban context, reconciling privacy and openness within a limited footprint.
