The site is located atop a hill overlooking the cityscape of Yokohama. The first floor comprises a dining area that extends from the deck into the garden, a carpeted corner living room, a piano corner utilizing the stairwell space, and wet areas. The second floor, connected by a double-height void, includes bedrooms and a children's room with views of Mount Fuji in the distance, offering numerous comfortable spaces within the residence. The interior features white walls, pale-colored carpeting, and wood elements crafted from teak and lauan, resulting in a clean yet gently modern finish. Through extensive dialogue with the residents, the project became a wonderful home that conveys the warmth of family life.
