This is a 31-tsubo (approximately 102.5 square meters) residence designed for a young family with small children. The house features a simple floor plan and design, resulting in a comfortable living environment. The terrace facing the living room is enclosed by aluminum expanded metal, creating a secure area where children can play safely.
