Introducing House in Meguro, an architectural photo of a custom-built home by Troom, a Architect / Design office in 1-19-10-203 Seijo, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo

An aodamo ash tree was planted directly in front of the entrance. By setting the gatepost, fitted with a board-formed-concrete mailbox and nameplate panel, slightly off axis, an approach with a sense of depth was created. The entrance door is from Scandinavia, combining a distinctive design with high thermal insulation and airtightness. The side wall is clad in the same-colored tropical hardwood, making the entrance the focal point of the otherwise simple, industrial exterior of galvalume steel and concrete pavers.
