Introducing House in Kita-Mikunigaoka, a custom-built home example by Abax Architects, a Architect / Design office in 203 Higashi-Shin Building, 1-7-12 Awaza, Nishi-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture

A full renovation of a two-story reinforced concrete residence. The space beneath the single-sloped large roof was utilized to create the living and dining area. Existing Irohamomiji (Japanese maple) and cherry trees were preserved, and a terrace was constructed in the exterior space. The bathroom was designed as a semi-outdoor bathing area, enhancing the resort-like atmosphere. Location: Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture
