The site is situated atop a retaining wall approximately 2.8 meters above the adjacent road. Directly opposite the southern boundary road stands a majestic cherry blossom tree, which, during its full bloom season, envelops the property in a breathtaking floral panorama.
Responding to the clients’ desire to live close to this cherry tree and the verdant garden, a spacious garden was designed along the southern edge of the site. The residence itself is arranged in a U-shaped, staggered configuration from the entrance to the living areas, effectively embracing the garden.
