A Home to Live with Design
Living with design means treating layout, materials, furniture, and lighting as a cohesive whole, bringing architectural beauty into everyday life. Custom furniture and bespoke kitchens fit seamlessly into the space, organizing daily functions with elegance. Thoughtful window placement, light distribution, and sightlines reveal subtle spatial changes throughout the day and seasons. Selecting favorite chairs, lighting, and artwork creates a personalized landscape. We present homes that balance visual beauty with practical, daily ease.
Downsized House
A home through downsizing is a concept of reviewing unused spaces or excessive sizes and trimming the house to a size that suits current living. Triggered by changes in family structure or children becoming independent, organizing the number of rooms and floor space allows you to suppress the burden of cleaning and maintenance while making necessary places richer. By reviewing the relationship with the garden, light, and wind, and giving leeway to the remaining space, an open life is born even if it becomes compact. It is also attractive to be able to reselect what is necessary for future life while utilizing the value of existing housing. This introduces a downsizing home that adjusts the size of the home to match your lifestyle and enjoys blank spaces.
