Where will the ads be displayed on the site?
They are displayed on "Listing Pages" and "Search Result Pages" where various site contents are listed. The design ensures exposure in places where users are naturally looking for information with specific purposes.

Specifically, which "Listing Pages" will they appear on?
They target six major listing pages: Images, Room Tours, Events, Projects, Columns, and Specialists.

Will they also appear on search result pages?
Yes. They will also be displayed on search result pages when a user searches by specifying "keywords" or "regions." Since they are displayed in conjunction with search terms, you can efficiently approach highly motivated users.

Can one contract cover listings on multiple pages?
Yes. As long as the conditions meet your contracted listing criteria (keywords, regions, categories), the ad will be displayed across both listing pages and search result pages. There is no need to narrow down the placement individually, allowing you to reach a wide range of users.

Please tell me about the display format on listing pages.
Ads are displayed in a card format that includes a main image (slideshow), profile image, title, description, and company name. The design is intended to blend in with other content in the list.

If there are multiple ads on the same page, how is the display position determined?
Specific ads are not fixed; the order is rotated through random (unbiased) display by the system. This gives all advertisers an equal chance to be seen by users.

Can I limit the display location?
We apologize, but we do not accept requests to limit display locations. The system automatically delivers ads to the most suitable listing or search result pages based on user search behavior and browsing categories.

Will these ads also appear to users viewing on a smartphone?
Yes. On all devices—PC, smartphone, and tablet—the layout is optimized for each listing page and search result.

Is membership registration required to place an ad?
Yes. First, you need to complete the "Specialist Registration." After registration, you can create ads from the management screen (dashboard).

My only purpose is to run ads. Which "Industry" should I select during registration?
If you only intend to use the advertising service, please select "Other" from the industry options.

Can I change the "Industry" of the specialist registration later?
Yes. You can change it at any time from the profile editing screen.

Can I manage ads for other companies as an agency?
The contracting party must be the corporation or sole proprietor themselves. Please check the Advertising General Terms and Conditions for details.

Who is eligible to register?
Eligibility is limited to corporations registered in Japan or sole proprietors who have submitted a notification of business commencement in Japan.

What is "Creating an Ad Listing Article"?
It is the preparation stage where you set the "face" of the ad—title, description, images, etc.—to undergo screening.

Can I use hashtags in the ad name (title)?
You can enter hashtags (#) as text, but they do not link to the search function within the system.

The advertisement text (description) is only 15 characters long— is that too short?
We have intentionally set it short so that users can understand it instantly. Please condense the most important benefits you want to convey.

Can I set a YouTube video or similar as the link destination?
Yes. As long as it is in URL format, it can be set as a link destination.

Can I place ads for multiple branch offices?
Yes. You can create multiple listing articles (content for each branch) under one account and contract them with different regions or keywords.

I want to delete an ad article.
You can delete articles created from the dashboard, but you cannot delete those that are currently being listed or are in the process of contracting.

What is the difference between "Apply" and "Hold"?
Pressing "Apply" immediately starts the content screening. "Hold" saves it as a draft, allowing you to resume editing later.

What file formats are supported for images?
We support GIF, JPEG, PNG, and WEBP.

What is the recommended image size?
We recommend a width of 1024px or more and a height of 768px or more. If it is smaller than this, the display may appear blurry.

What should I set for the profile photo (icon image)?
Please set an image that leads to trust, such as a corporate logo, store exterior, or a headshot of the individual.

How many main images can be registered?
You can register up to 5 images, which will be displayed in a slideshow format.

Why are images automatically compressed?
To ensure user browsing speed and achieve stress-free display, the system performs automatic optimization.

When using multilingual conversion, will text within images also be translated?
Text within images will not be translated. If you prioritize multilingual expansion, please do not include text in images or use images that convey meaning universally.

How many days does the screening take?
Usually, it is completed within 1 to 2 business days. However, depending on the content, if additional confirmation is required, it may take a few days.

What kind of "content" takes longer to screen?
Ads for industries requiring public qualifications or special consideration, such as medical, financial, or legal services, may take longer for careful verification.

In what cases will an ad be rejected (not approved) during screening?
Content that violates public order and morals, infringes on the rights of others, or contains false statements will not be approved.

Will the ad appear immediately after passing the screening?
No. Passing the screening is merely "permission for the content." After that, an "Ad Listing Contract (selection of slots/payment)" is required.

Can I modify the content after the screening is complete?
Modifications after passing the screening require re-screening. For significant changes, please apply again as a "New Creation."

When do I enter into the ad listing contract?
After the created article has been "Approved" in the screening, you will be able to proceed with the contract process from the dashboard.

Please explain the fee structure for keyword search slots.
It is a fixed fee of 10,000 yen (tax excluded) per word for one month (33 days).

Similar to keyword slots, it is 10,000 yen (tax excluded) per region (municipality, etc.) for one month.

Can I pay extra to increase the display rank of my ad?
No. We perform random display fairly for all advertisers.

If I do not apply for a contract after passing the screening, will costs be incurred?
No, no costs will be incurred until you apply for a contract.

For region specification, is "Prefecture" or "Municipality" better?
If you specify "Chuo-ku, Tokyo," your ad will appear in searches for both "Tokyo" and "Chuo-ku," increasing exposure opportunities.

If I specify only "Tokyo," will it appear in a "Chuo-ku" search?
No. Specifying only a broad area will not show the ad in detailed municipality search results.

How many keywords and regions can I select?
For each contract (one article), you can select up to 10 slots each.

How do I separate multiple keywords?
Please enter them using half-width hashtags (#).

What if I want to use keywords that are not in the reserved word list?
At the time of contracting, you can only select "reserved words" that have been screened within the ad listing article.

What is category search?
It is a function that allows you to display ads on category pages tailored to hobbies and preferences, such as "Modern," "DIY," or "Pets."

Is there an additional fee for specifying categories?
No, specifying categories is free of charge (a separate contract for keywords and regions is required).

How many categories can I select?
You can select up to 3 categories.

What are the benefits of registering multiple categories?
It increases the possibility of reaching a wide range of user segments with different interests and expands exposure surfaces.

What are the display conditions on category pages?
For example, if you specify the category "Cat" and the region "Tokyo," your ad will be displayed when someone searches for "Tokyo" within the "Cat" category page.

Why is the "one month" listing period 33 days?
To account for display suspension risks due to maintenance, etc., we have included an extra 3 days (10%) free of charge.

How are the periods set for 2 or 3 months?
The listing period will be 66 days for 2 months and 99 days for 3 months.

Can I freely choose the listing start date?
Considering the time for screening and bank transfer confirmation, you can specify a date starting 7 days from today.

Is there an automatic renewal for the listing?
There is no automatic renewal. If you wish to continue after the period ends, please apply as a new listing again.

What happens if the Kurasuki service itself is suspended (maintenance)?
In the event of regular or emergency maintenance, it will be offset by the 3 extra days already included in the period.

What payment methods are available?
Only "Prepayment" via bank transfer is available. Credit cards cannot be used.

Will the invoice be sent by mail?
We do not send invoices by mail. They can be downloaded in PDF format from the member menu.

I would like a receipt.
Our company does not issue receipts. Please keep your bank transfer slip carefully as a receipt.

Do you support the "Invoice System" (Qualified Invoice System)?
As our company is not a qualified invoice issuer, we do not support the issuance of qualified invoices.

Who bears the bank transfer fee?
We kindly ask that the advertiser bear the cost.

I made a mistake between the invoice amount and the actual transfer amount.
If there is a shortage, the listing will not start. In case of overpayment due to negligence, we will handle it after deducting the handling fee, so please be careful.

What happens if the consumption tax rate changes?
The tax rate based on the laws and regulations at the time of the contract will be applied.

Can I cancel after applying?
It is possible if it is within one week from the contract date and "before payment." Please use the "Cancel Contract" button on the dashboard.

Can I repeat "Contract Cancellation within 1 week" many times?
If it is determined to be inappropriate use, we may take measures to suspend your account.

Can I change keywords after payment?
Changes cannot be made after the contract is finalized. A new application with the new content is required.

Can I replace images during the listing period?
Content changes during the listing require re-screening. Basically, please understand that the content at the time of the contract will be maintained.

Can I stop the ad listing in the middle of the period?
If you wish to stop an ad currently being listed, please contact the management secretariat via the inquiry form. Please note that even if the listing is stopped, we cannot extend the period or provide refunds for the remaining days.

Are there any refunds?
For any reason (suspension of listing, shortening of the period, etc.), we do not accept refunds after payment.

What are the benefits of fixed-period guaranteed advertising?
Since costs do not fluctuate based on the number of clicks, budget management is easier, and it prevents click fraud by competitors.

Can I check the ad's performance (number of clicks, etc.)?
Due to the nature of fixed-period guaranteed advertising, we do not provide detailed reporting functions, but you can confirm the listing status on the management screen.

My ad is not showing up easily?
If there are multiple competitors, the ad will rotate randomly each time you access it. Please reload several times to check.

I want it to be displayed only at night. Can I specify the time?
Because of the 24-hour random display mechanism, we do not accept specific time slot designations.

What if I want to hit both keyword and regional searches?
You need to apply for each slot. Example: Keyword "Dog" + Region "Tokyo" = 20,000 yen per month (tax excluded).

I haven't received the screening completion email.
Please check your spam folder or check the "Notifications" on the management screen.

Where should I contact if I have questions?
Please contact us through the "Inquiry" menu on the management page. We usually respond within 3 business days.

Where can I check the Terms of Use?
You can check them via the link at the bottom of the application form or from the site footer.

Will my ad content be rewritten without permission?
No. However, if a violation of the terms is discovered, our company may take measures to suspend the listing.

What is "Client Information" used for when creating an ad article?
It is used for verification during screening and for administrative contact.

If I change my registration info, will it be immediately reflected in the current ad?
Changes to profile information will be reflected, but the content of the ad article itself may require re-screening.

Will the data be deleted after the one-month listing ends?
The data of the ad listing article will remain, so it can be reused for your next application.

Is there a limit (upper limit) on the number of ad impressions?
Within the period, there is no upper limit on the number of impressions.

Can it be viewed from an overseas internet environment?
Yes. As long as there is an internet environment, it can be viewed from anywhere in the world.
