How can I register as a professional on Qurasuki?
Go to "Professional Registration" on the top page, enter necessary information such as Business ID, company name, industry, email address, and password, and register after agreeing to the Terms of Use.

Does it cost anything to register as a professional?
No. Registration fees, listing fees, and usage fees are all free.

Is there a fee when a contract is signed or a job applicant is hired?
No. There are no fees whatsoever for contracts or hiring made through Qurasuki.

What is the "Business ID" set at the time of registration?
It is a unique identification ID for your account that appears in the URL of your Professional Page. We recommend setting it with your business or brand name in mind.

What are the rules for the Business ID?
You can use 3 to 30 characters consisting of half-width alphanumeric characters and some symbols (_ - .). It must start and end with a letter, and there are detailed rules such as restrictions on consecutive use of valid characters.

Why can't I use an ID containing "qurasuki"?
To prevent confusion with the service name, Business IDs containing "qurasuki" cannot be used.

How should I enter the company name or trade name?
Enter the official name of your corporation or the trade name under which you are actually operating. This is important information that will be displayed to users.

What industries can be registered?
You can choose from Architect/Design Firm, Builder, or Other. Please select the one that most closely matches your actual business content.

Can I register with a personal email address?
Registration is possible, but using a company domain email address will make the authentication process smoother.

What are the conditions for the password?
It must be between 8 and 16 characters and include at least one letter, one number, and one symbol. Only specified symbols can be used.

I am worried about creating a password myself.
By clicking the pen icon, you can set a highly secure, automatically generated password.

Can I register with a Google account?
Yes. It is also possible to register easily using a Google account.

I operate outside of Japan; can I register?
Currently, professional registration is, in principle, for those active within Japan. We ask those with overseas bases to refrain from registering at this time.

Can I change my information after registration?
Yes. After logging in, you can update company information and settings at any time from the profile editing screen.

Can I delete my account at any time?
Yes. You can delete your account at any time. However, please note that all profile and listed information will be deleted upon account deletion.

Which page is the Dashboard?
The Dashboard is the professional management page that is automatically displayed after logging in from the login page. It is a screen where you can centrally manage images, projects, events, jobs, and profiles, and all daily updates and operations are performed from this page.

How do I create a new post?
By clicking the creation button corresponding to your purpose, such as "Create Image," "Create Project," or "Create Event" in the menu, you can proceed to the respective posting form.

Can I save a created post as a draft?
Yes. You can save by selecting "Draft" on each creation/editing screen. You can publish it later after reviewing and adjusting the content.

How do I edit a post that is already public?
By clicking "Edit" for each post, you can modify the content. Changes will be reflected immediately after saving.

What should I do if I want to delete a post?
You can delete by clicking "Delete" for each post. Since it cannot be undone once deleted, please check the content before performing the operation.

Where can I edit profile information?
You can edit it from the "Edit Profile" button. You can update company descriptions, design philosophies, supported areas, etc., at any time.

From where do I create reports associated with events?
From the "Create Report" button for each event post, you can create a report related to that event. Reports can be created for both before and after the event.

Where are posts created via "Publication Support" displayed?
Posts created via Publication Support are also displayed in each corresponding section list such as Image, Project, or Event, and can be edited and managed for publication just like regular posts.

Where can I check the publication status of job information?
From the "Job Posting" section of the Dashboard, you can check and manage job information in the public or draft state.

What kind of content is displayed in the comments?
Comments received from users and stakeholders are displayed in chronological order. Please use them as reference information to understand the response and interest in your company.

Where can I check announcements for professionals?
Announcements for professionals are displayed in a list at the top of the Dashboard. Information on new feature releases, maintenance guidance, etc., can be checked chronologically, designed to be grasped immediately after logging in. By checking periodically, you can utilize the latest service information without missing it.

Are there any tips for effectively utilizing the Dashboard?
Reliability and discoverability will increase by updating posts regularly and continuously sending out images and events. We recommend a stress-free update by utilizing the draft function.

What is a Verified Account?
It is an account that has passed Qurasuki's screening and is granted a checkmark. Additional features such as the matching feature can be used.

How can I get verified?
Select "Verification Application" from the Dashboard and enter the required information. The screening process takes about a few days to a week.

What is checked during the verification screening?
We verify identity, accuracy of contact information, completeness of provided information, and the actual existence of the business.

What are the benefits of being a Verified Account?
Benefits include improved reliability through the checkmark and access to the matching and recruitment features.

What obligations are there after verification?
Obligations include guaranteeing the accuracy of information, prompt updates when changes occur, and providing reliable information.

How is verification information handled?
It is strictly managed based on the Privacy Policy and will not be provided to third parties.

Can verification be revoked?
It may be revoked due to inappropriate behavior, violation of the Terms of Use, failure to update information, etc.

What should I do if there is a change in the verified information?
When changing the company name, Business ID, industry, location, or phone number for a Verified Account, please cancel the verification in Account Settings and then make the changes. You must pass the screening again for re-verification.

Yes, automatic translation into Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and English is possible. You can choose from the languages set in the profile editing.

Yes, you can edit or delete architectural cases, profiles, events, and job information at any time from the management screen.

Can I save a draft?
Yes, you can save as a "Draft" for each post of Image, Project, Event, and Job. You can check and edit the content before publishing.

What is the Publication Support feature?
It is a reproduction proxy feature that creates articles based on architectural cases and event information listed on the professional's official website. It supports information dissemination while saving the trouble of data registration.

What kind of content is eligible for Publication Support?
Architectural cases, project introductions, event information, and job information are eligible. Articles are created based on already public content.

How are articles created?
Articles are created based on the provided URL and public information, and are first shared with the professional as a draft. They are published after confirmation and correction, so you can use them with peace of mind.

Can I modify the content of the articles?
Yes. You can check the content before publication and modify expressions or add/delete information.

How does the multilingual support work?
Created articles support Japanese, English, and Chinese (Simplified/Traditional). Information can be sent out to both domestic and international users.

The registered official name is displayed directly on the profile. Since it directly affects reliability from users, we recommend entering an accurate name.

Must the name of the person in charge or job title be entered?
It is not mandatory, but entering it makes it easier to convey who will be consulted, giving a sense of security to users.

Will the location and phone number be made public?
Yes. The location and phone number will be displayed on the profile. This is also important information required when obtaining a Verified Account.

How detailed should the service content be?
We recommend specifically describing the scope of work that can be handled. It helps prevent mismatches if it is known whether you handle only design, or if you also handle construction, real estate, and furniture production.

The supported area is used for the matching feature. Especially when performing construction management, accurate entry at the municipality level is required.

It is not mandatory, but entering them clarifies expertise and achievements, leading to improved reliability.

You can list one profile photo (icon) and up to 10 images. Combining personal photos with case photos is effective.

Registration of accurate company name, location, phone number, profile photo, and Image 1 is required. Also, submission of identity verification documents may be requested.

Is there information that cannot be changed after verification?
Yes. After verification, the company name, industry, Business ID, location, and phone number cannot be changed. To change them, cancellation of verification and re-screening are required.

What are Images (Room Tours)?
This is a posting feature for architectural cases targeting residences and combined residential/business buildings. Multiple photos can be introduced in a Room Tour format.

What is the difference between Image and Project?
Image is primarily for residences and combined residential/business buildings, while Project is exclusively for facility architecture such as multi-family housing, shops, and public facilities. Please use them according to the purpose.

How do I create a Room Tour?
Select "Create Image" on the management screen, enter the title, keywords, region, and category, and upload photos to automatically create a Room Tour.

How many photos can be registered?
Up to 18 photos can be registered per project. We recommend a number of photos that sufficiently conveys the appeal, from the exterior to each space.

What is the recommended photo size?
We recommend a width of 1024px or more and a height of 768px or more. Photos are automatically compressed upon upload. Supported formats are GIF, JPEG, PNG, and WEBP.

What is an Image Page?
It is a page for a single architectural photo displayed on the top page. It is created by checking "Create Image Page" under each photo.

Should I make all photos into Image Pages?
No, we recommend publishing only particularly impressive photos as Image Pages.

What is the zone setting?
It is a feature to specify which space each photo was taken in, such as "Exterior," "Living Room," or "Kitchen." Users can search by space.

How many search categories can be selected?
Up to 3 can be selected. Please choose categories that represent the project's characteristics, such as "Cat," "Courtyard," or "Wood Stove."

How do I enter keywords and region?
Separate them with half-width hashtags like #Cat#Courtyard#WoodDeck. Enter up to 5, within 100 characters, in order of relevance.

How many characters can the project description be?
You can enter up to 1,800 characters. Please describe the design concept, the client's lifestyle, key points, etc.

Is a description required for each photo?
It is optional, but describing design features or reasons for material selection will better convey your design philosophy.

Should the photographer's name be mentioned?
If you hired a professional photographer, we recommend including them as a credit.

What is the AI Assistant?
It is a writing support feature for creating descriptions to accompany architectural photos. Based on the entered description, it organizes the structure and expression to help create a text that is easy for the reader to understand.

Are there usage limits for the AI Assistant?
By default, it can be used up to 100 times per month. It resets every 30 days. The project description must be entered.

What is the SNS linkage feature?
It is a feature that allows published content to be shared with the Qurasuki official account. It can reach more users.

No, there is no limit. By listing many works, you can more effectively appeal your expertise and achievements.

No, please use Create Image for residences or combined residential/business buildings. Project is exclusively for facility architecture.

What kind of facilities can be listed?
Target facilities include multi-family housing, restaurants, shops, commercial facilities, accommodation facilities, offices, educational facilities, medical facilities, welfare facilities, cultural facilities, sports facilities, leisure facilities, religious facilities, factories/warehouses, and public facilities.

How many photos can be registered for a Project?
